can't get my ipad back

So, i lost my ipad mini 16 gb Wi-Fi only, and it had a passcode, i went to the Find my iPhone app in my pc and it says it is offline (because it's Wi-Fi only and i lost somewhere where it doesn't have a Wi-Fi connection) i activated the lost mode in the offline iPad and it says that the mode will be applied once the ipad has connected to the internet, whoever finds it will not be able to connect it to the internet because it has a passcode, i also want to cancel the Lost Mode but that option doesn't appear once i open the lost mode menu.

What can i do !?!?

help please, thanks

If anyone sends a text or phones you DONOT

give them your PASSCODE or password

Or they will turn off find my iPhone .

And be able to use iphone.

This is not correct. The passcode that is used to lock the screen is NOT the password linked to the iCloud account and Find My iPad.

Lost Mode can not be disabled.

Additionally, if you did not explicitly block access to Control Center when the screen is locked, someone could swipe up, turn on WiFi, and it would connect to any previously known network.

Why do you want to cancel Lost Mode? It doesn't hurt anything.
